Happy to welcome you, I thank you in advance for respecting the rules of Casa Litarà, not only those enshrined in the law, but above all dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

• The customer who causes damage to the structure, its equipment or the objects in use due to improper use, negligence or neglect, will be charged the necessary amounts for repairs, replacements and cleaning. For ascertained subtractions, we will proceed according to the law.

• Check in is from 14:00 until 20:00, unless otherwise required; a communication regarding the arrival time and any delays will be welcome.

• Upon arrival, valid identity documents necessary for the registrations required by current legislation must be provided by each guest. The data is processed in accordance with the current privacy legislation, pursuant to law 675/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003.

• Guests will have the keys to the property at their disposal, and they can go and come at their pleasure.

• On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 am.

• Casa Litarà declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or / and damage to your property left in the rooms.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Compliance with this simple rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke or who will come after you, as well as a rule for fire prevention.

• The cleaning of the rooms and services is done every day. The change of towels is done every 2 days (put the towels you want to wash in the sink or in the shower, the hanging ones will not be washed).

• It is recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the room.

• Systematically close windows when heating or air conditioning is in use.

• In case of loss of keys, guests are required to pay for them.

• Before confirming the reservation by e-mail, I invite guests to read the Internal Regulations.

• Cancellation penalty. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 10 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay is charged.

• The swimming pool is open from 08:00 to 20:00 - children must be supervised by their parents. There is NO lifeguard on duty.

• Free parking is available outside the property and two parking spaces are available on request inside the property. The property declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to parked vehicles.
